Al's Attire

There is a store down the way from my house called Al's Attire -- they specialize in custom suits, coats, hats, shoes, dresses, etc. I love most all of the things in the shop, but I particularly fell in love with this pair of boots.

Sadly, the one pair they had left was one size too small, so a picture had to suffice.

Dr. Martens

Last night I met Chelsea on the top floor of a multi-staircased flat right off Haight Street. I told her how much I liked her boots, which prompted her to explain how she had been wearing them as her only boots for the past three years. She alternates living between San Francisco and Los Angeles, painting.

Patterned stockings

This is another stocking trend; black, patterned lace stockings. While I do think it can look a little trampy, I think it does vamp the lower half.
